Gordon Fan Service provides global on-site engineering services for large and industrial fans used in power plant boilers, mines, tunnels, steel mills, and cement & process industries. Typical examples are 5000 kW induced draft fans for a 500 MW power plant boiler, 800 kW combustion vaporizing fans for a liquid natural gas plant, 750 kW mine draft fans, 600 kW steel pelletizing plant dust extraction fans and 75 kW subway ventilation fans.
Aside from the fundamental work of fan inspection, supervision of assembly and repair work, we also provide comprehensive engineering service for shaft alignment, balancing of rotors, vibration analysis, fan performance tests, noise tests and fan problem solving.
